8 Channel RF Remote Controller Using HT640 & HT648

8 Channel RF Remote Controller using HT640 and HT648 (1)Project has been designed around Holtek Encoder HT640 and Decoder HT648L IC, compact transmitter is ideal for remote application.  This transmitter has range of 10-30 meters, 10 Jumper selectable addressing provide security and allows creation of multiple transmitter and receiver

Encoder and Decoder has 10 Address lines and they must match in order to transmitter and receiver to communicates to each other.  If they do not set same in transmitter and receiver, receiver will not take any action and will be no output.  Jumper setting can be done via J1 to J10 in transmitter and receiver.  Ideally Address pin has 3 states high, low and floating in this project we have use only two states low or floating so 1024 combination are possible. Transmitter and receiver both work with 5 VDC supply and has onboard power indication as well as valid transmission indication at receiver end.  Power on/off via J11 jumper (transmitter & receiver) and closer for external On/Off switch wire can be pull from J11.  Remote has two modes Latch or Momentary and can be achieve changing jumper J12 (L – Latch, M – Momentary).
