This is a Power full robot for Hobby and professional use, Its 4 wheel drive, 4 numbers of 12V 120 RPM DC motors, Robot works with PS2 wireless remote, also can be use with Futaba RC Remote with longer range. Can be use as defense, subservience purpose , duct cleaning.
The PS2 Mobile Robot Controller is microcontroller board designed to drive mobile robots, DC Motor controller interface allows wireless control of two DC motors, two PWM and 4 Direction signal outputs to drive two more motors , 4 momentary Signal out to control Solenoid, Lights, and Power on/off. DC motors are controlled using the two joysticks Left Y and right Y. Motor speed and direction is proportional to the tilt of the Joystick.

H-Bridge has been designed around IR2104 IC from international Rectifier, The board has been made mainly for DC-Motor application, The driver can handle load up to 8-10Amps,I have tested this board with 36V DC supply . The circuit uses N Channel IR540 MOSFETS from international rectifier. IR540 required large heat sink for 10Amps load. Board has shunt resistor to provide voltage proportional to current flowing through load. This can be letter amplify and connect it to micro-controller.
