I have tested simple concept stair LED light. project contains, Arduino Nano, 10X1W LEDs, 2 Tactile switches.  Arduino code can be downloaded using link, its modified code  from original code.  I have tested this project  with 10 LEDs, number of LEDs can be increase as per requirment and available pins on arduino, Arduino Mega provides liberty to use many pins or using 74HC595 serial to parrelel converter can help to use tons of LEDs.

Arduino Compatible 15 Bar-Segments Voltmeter ( Range 0-5V)

I am here with New Project>>> 15 Segments Voltmeter, this project is Arduino compatible, The project reads 0-5V DC on analog input  A1 of Arduino and drives 15 segments of 5MM LED’s mounted linearly , measuring range of the circuit is 0-5V DC, I have used potentiometer as 0-5V power source for testing purpose, remove potentiometer and apply 0-5V dc on analog pin A1 of Arduino and see the magic. Operating voltage 5V DC. Each LED indicates 0.34V. Gerber file is available on request. A LED bar graph can be defined as a visual representation of information received on analog input of Arduino.

The DC motor controller has been designed using multi LCD Arduino Nano shield, circuit, PCB layout  and Arduino code available at our website www.twovolt.com , it can control DC motor 7-12V DC , current load up to 5amps. Speed of motor can be set using trimmer potentiometer, and LCD display shows the Bar-Graph of speed. Potentiometer is connected to Analog Pin A0 and Digital pin 9 is PWM out goes to gate of Mosfet.

L298 Dual/Single DC Motor Driver Shield Arduino Nano

Dual Motor L298 H-Bridge Control project can control two DC motors OR single motor with 2X current. The circuit is designed around popular dual H-Bridge L298 from ST. This board can be configured to drive a single motor with high current rating also. This can be achieved with the help of jumpers on the board. An onboard 5V regulator can take a maximum of 18V of DC input. Should you wish to drive this board with higher voltage then 18V, you will need to connect a external 5V regulated source to the logic circuit. For this you will need to remove J-5V. This board can fit in any small toy or robot due to small size and very low profile. L298 IC is mounted under the PCB in horizontal position to make board small and low profile to fit any small robot. On board 5V regulator can be used to power up external Micro-Controller board as well as internal logic supply.

Temperature Controlled Fan ON-OFF Switch Using Arduino Nano 16X2 LCD and LM35 Sensor

Compact Temperature controlled fan on/off switch is based on Arduino Nano multipurpose TWOVOLT shield, the circuit consist LM35 temperature sensor, 16X2 LCD, 12V relay including driver transistor, the circuit works with 12V supply and can control any fan from 12V to 230V AC, for testing purpose I have connected 12V DC fan. At the normally open switch of relay. The shield has many other parts can be omitted if not required, refer circuit diagram for more info. A relay can switch load up to 7amps supply 5V to 230V AC.

Simple 16X2 LCD based stop watch, the project tested on multi LCD shield, the project has 3 switches, start, stop and reset, project works with 7-12V Dc supply or USB power input, code is written for Arduino Nano. 2 Channel Relay Shield for Arduino UNO Circuit and PCB layout

2 Channel Relay shield for Arduino UNO can be used in several applications like remote control, on/off AC or Dc load and any circuits which required isolated high current and high voltage. Relay 1 connected to Digital pin D2 and Relay 2 can be controlled through D12 of Arduino PIN. Both relay has optocoupler in input for isolation which protect Arduino from any EMI noise and complete isolation between high volt/current at relay outputs. Relay shield required separate 12V DC.
