The High Current DC Motor driver project has been designed using IFX007T IC from infinion, The project can drive large size brushed DC motor , speed control is easy using PWM , the board also has few features like short circuit protection, over temperature and over current protection, its provide current feedback can be interface with arduino , raspberry pai. Motor connections and DC supply input possible using screw terminals, all inputs can be feed using 5 pin male header connector, onboard power LED, The IFX007T is an integrated high current half bridge for motor drive applications. It is part of the Industrial & Multi-Purpose Nova lithic™ family containing one p-channel high-side MOSFET and one n-channel low-side MOSFET with an integrated driver IC in one package. Due to the p channel high-side switch the need for a charge pump is eliminated thus minimizing EMI. Interfacing to a micro controller is made easy by the integrated driver IC which features logic level inputs, diagnosis with current sense, slew rate adjustment, dead time generation and protection against over temperature, under voltage, over current and short circuit. The compact motor drive power board is based on STK554U362A IPM module from on semiconductor. It provides an affordable and easy-to-use solution for driving high power brushless servo, AC Motors, and DC Brushless motors in a wide range of applications such as power white goods, air conditioning, compressors, power fans, high-end power tools and 3-phase inverters for motor drives in general.
The IPM itself consists of short-circuit rugged IGBTs and a wide range of features like under voltage lockout, smart shutdown, embedded temperature sensor and NTC, and overcurrent protection.
The main characteristics of this project are its small size, minimal BOM and high efficiency. It consists of an interface circuit (BUS and Vcc connectors), bootstrap capacitors, hardware short-circuit protection, fault event signal and temperature monitoring. It is designed to work in single or three shunt configuration and with dual current sensing options: using three dedicated on-board op-amps

The H-Bridge Motor Driver Module Based on TB6549HQ IC from Toshiba, is a full-bridge driver IC for DC motors that uses an LDMOS structure for output transistors. High-efficiency drive is possible through the use of a MOS process with low ON-resistance and a PWM drive system. Four modes, CW, CCW, short brake, and stop, can be selected using IN1 and IN2. Supply input 12V to 30V DC and Maximum Load 4.5Amps.
The A3968 bidirectionally controls two DC motors. The device includes two full-bridges capable of continuous output currents of ±650 mA and operating voltages to 30 V. Motor winding current can be controlled by the internal fixed-frequency, pulse-width modulated (PWM), current-control circuitry.

L293 Dual DC Motor Driver
The project designed around L293D IC. The L293D device is quadruple high-current half-H driver. The 293D is designed to provide bidirectional drive current up to 600mA a voltage from 5V to 36V.L293D Adapter Board can be used as dual DC motor driver or bipolar stepper motor driver. Useful in robotics application, bidirectional DC motor controller and stepper motor driver. Separate logic supply to reduce dissipation. L293D includes the output clamping diodes for protections.
The Project is based on LV8727E IC from ON Semiconductor. The LV8727 is a PWM current-controlled micro step bipolar stepping motor driver. This driver can provide eight ways of micro step resolution of 1/2, 1/8, 1/16, 1/32, 1/64, 1/128, 1/10, 1/20, and can drive simply by the step input. This Bipolar Driver works with supply input 9V to 36V (Replace L317 with L317HVT for supply input up to 45V DC). Load current up to 4Amps.
